Super Lactation Smoothie (Vegan, Keto, Low-Carb)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup coconut milk (carton)
- 1/4 cup frozen mixed berries
- 4 cups mixed greens
- 1/4 avocado
- 1 tbsp dry oatmeal
- 1/2 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder
- Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until you've reached a smooth consistency.
