Ingredients
2cupsMedjool Datespitted and chopped
1/2cupShredded Coconut
1/4cupRaw Cacao Powder or Cocoa Powder
1teaspoonVanilla Extract
Instructions
Blend all ingredients in a food processor until you reach a dough-like consistency. Form into approximately 8 to 10 balls. Roll each ball in the extra coconut. Serve. Refrigerate to keep firm and fresh.
