Coconut Chocolate Date Balls

These coconut chocolate date balls are a great little snack that is tasty and low in fat!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Medjool Dates pitted and chopped
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Coconut
  • 1/4 cup Raw Cacao Powder or Cocoa Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients in a food processor until you reach a dough-like consistency. 
    Form into approximately 8 to 10 balls. 
    Roll each ball in the extra coconut. Serve. Refrigerate to keep firm and fresh.
