Tomato & Avocado Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe tomatoes cut into wedges
  • 1 avocado cut into wedges
  • 3 stalk green onions chopped

Dressing Ingredients

  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine tomatoes, avocado, and green onions.  For the dressing, combine dressing ingredients in a small bowl.  Pour dressing over salad and gently toss. Serve immediately.
