The great thing about this cookie dough recipe is that it is actually SAFE to eat! The elimination of eggs and dairy makes these tasty treats not only edible, but healthier and fun at the same time!
Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Ingredients
For the chocolate chip cookie dough recipe, you will need the following ingredients:
• Flaxseed Meal (for the flax “egg”)
• Warm Water
• Almond Flour

• Sea Salt
• Almond Butter or Peanut Butter
• Vanilla Extract
• Vegan Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips, such as Lily’s Dark Chocolate Baking Chips, which is sweetened with stevia.
How to Make Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
1. To make the flax “egg”, combine the flaxseed meal with the 6 tbsps of warm water. Let it sit for approximately 5 minutes to allow it to thicken.
2. In a medium size bowl, mix together the following dry ingredients: almond flour, sugar-free sweetener, and sea salt.
3. In a separate small bowl, mix together the almond butter, the flax “egg” mixture, and vanilla extract.
4. Combine the wet ingredients in with the dry ingredients.
5. Add in the chocolate chips and mix again.
6. Take a spoonful of cookie dough and roll into 1-inch balls.
7. Refrigerate for approximately 20 minutes before serving.
How to Store the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bites
The cookie dough bites should be refrigerated in an airtight container. They will last for approximately 3 to 4 days. Enjoy! 🙂

- 1/4 cup sugar-free vegan chocolate chips such as Lily's Dark Chocolate Keto Baking Chips
Instructions
