If you're looking for a fast and easy breakfast in the morning, this raw vegan birthday cake overnight oats is the perfect meal! Not only is it sweet and hearty, but it's also high in protein which will help keep you full for hours.

Ingredients
- 1 cup uncooked Montana Gluten-Free Raw Oatmeal or any brand of quick oats
- 1 cup coconut milk or any non-dairy milk
- 1 scoop plant-based vanilla protein powder I used the Sunwarrior plant-based vanilla protein powder in this recipe
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or any sweetener of your choice optional
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a mason jar. Refrigerate overnight for breakfast the next morning.
- Put a candle on top and blow. 🙂
