All you need is a food processor to blend up the ingredients, and then you’re on your way to a very healthy and yummy treat!
Coconut Chocolate Date Balls
These coconut chocolate date balls are a great little snack that is tasty and low in fat!

Ingredients
- 2 cups Medjool Dates pitted and chopped
- 1/2 cup Shredded Coconut
- 1/4 cup Raw Cacao Powder or Cocoa Powder
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in a food processor until you reach a dough-like consistency. Form into approximately 8 to 10 balls. Roll each ball in the extra coconut. Serve. Refrigerate to keep firm and fresh.
