These Coconut Chocolate Date Balls are indulgent, yet you don’t have to feel the guilt after eating them! The medjool dates sweetens up this recipe, while the shredded coconut, and raw cacao adds a nice depth to the flavor. All you need is a food processor to blend up the ingredients, and then you’re on your way to a very healthy and yummy treat!
Coconut Chocolate Date Balls
- 2 cups Medjool Dates pitted and chopped
- 1/2 cup Shredded Coconut
- 1/4 cup Raw Cacao Powder or Cocoa Powder
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt
- Blend all ingredients in a food processor until you reach a dough-like consistency. Form into approximately 8 to 10 balls. Roll each ball in the extra coconut. Serve. Refrigerate to keep firm and fresh.
