Ingredients
- 1 cup medjool dates pre-soak for at least 30 minutes if the dates are not moist
- 1 tablespoon chopped onions
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 cup spicy brown mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until you've reached a smooth consistency.
- Store in an airtight container for approximately 3 to 5 days in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
Notes
- This recipe makes about 1 cup of dressing. Each serving is approximately 2 tablespoons of dressing.
