Raw Vegan Eggnog

Growing up, I use to love to drink eggnog by the cartons!  I just couldn’t seem to get enough of it during the holidays!  When I became a vegan, I loved seeing the rice milk version of eggnog in the stores.  However, there is nothing like making your own fresh vegan eggnog at home!  I love this recipe because it is healthier than original eggnog, yet much more tasty!
raw vegan eggnog The ingredients are super simple with just almond milk, frozen bananas, medjool dates, raw cashews, and spices.  The simplicity of the ingredients makes this recipe super quick and easy to make!
Raw vegan eggnog ingredientsNo more feeling guilty during the holidays when you sip on this delicious drink!  The spices makes you feel like you’re literally drinking “Christmas”!  All you need is a high-speed blender to blend everything up smoothly.  Reaching a creamy consistency is key for this eggnog.

Raw Vegan Eggnog

This delicious raw vegan eggnog recipe will be a great addition to your holiday menu!  Sip away and enjoy the flavors of Christmas without adding in those extra calories and fat!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 frozen ripe bananas
  • 2 medjool dates
  • 2 tbsp raw cashews
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch nutmeg
  • pinch turmeric
  • pinch sea salt

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until you have reached a smooth consistency.
