Craving a chocolate cake, but don’t want to wait for it to bake? This vegan chocolate mug cake is the perfect solution to your sweet craving! Just whip up the ingredients in a mug, microwave, and voila! Instant cake at your finger tips in less than 2 minutes!
Ingredients
The following ingredients are all you need for this simple mug cake:
• All-Purpose Flour
• Granulated Sugar
• Cocoa Powder
• Baking Soda
• Sea Salt
• Almond Milk (or any non-dairy milk)
• Water
• Applesauce
• Vanilla Extract
• Chocolate Chips
Even though this seems like a long list, most of these common items are probably already in your pantry! If you don’t have any chocolate chips, this mug cake tastes just as delicious without them! You can also add in peanut butter or a small amount of nuts for variety. 🙂
Directions
In a medium size mug, combine together the dry ingredients. Then add in the wet ingredients and mix until everything is well combined. Add in the chocolate chips and mix again. Microwave for 1 minute and 45 seconds. Enjoy!

Instructions
