Ingredients
- 4 ripe tomatoes cut into wedges
- 1 avocado cut into wedges
- 3 stalk green onions chopped
Dressing Ingredients
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine tomatoes, avocado, and green onions. For the dressing, combine dressing ingredients in a small bowl. Pour dressing over salad and gently toss. Serve immediately.
