This vegan bulletproof coffee is rich and creamy and sure to keep you energized for hours! You can drink a bulletproof coffee and be vegan at the same time with this delicious recipe!
In this recipe, I substitute regular butter for coconut butter, which gives the coffee a nice creamy and rich texture. Most vegan bulletproof coffee recipes use coconut oil, but I prefer the coconut butter instead because the coconut is a puree whole food, which includes the fiber. You can substitute the coconut butter for coconut oil, but I find that the coconut butter makes the coffee more creamy and thick. The full recipe is found on the recipe card below. Enjoy!
Vegan Bulletproof Coffee
Ingredients
- 8 ounces brewed coffee
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp coconut butter
- 1 tsp MCT oil feel free to add 1 to 2 more teaspoons if desired
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients together until you've reached a smooth consistency.
